Indian Summer Florals

Indian Summer Florals exists to add a more beauty to every day through flowers, started by my dear friend Katey. She was one of the first people to book my Deluxe Brand Package, which comes with all the fun bells and whistles like custom illustration, Canva social media templates, background textures, and more. We worked together to create a visual identity that exudes joy, warmth, and hospitality. I had so much fun working on this visual identity because Katey is such a fun person! Every meeting was full of laughing, collaborating, and joy. I can’t wait to see how God uses this business to add more beauty to those in and around Dallas!

MEANING BEHIND THE LOGO

The dahlia icon in the logo is representative of finding strength, new beginnings, and fresh starts. An Indian Summer is a season of unexpected growth, which usually happens in late autumn. The dahlia is a flower that beautifully blooms in fall in a variety of warm tones and is loved by many.

This is one of the most colorful and happy visual identities that I have designed to date. The color palette and warmth are deeply reflective of the sunshine of my friend Katey. She loves others well and I believe God is going to do beautiful things through her love of people and flower arranging.
